S/V Second Chance is a Virginia based 2001 Lagoon 380 catamaran for sale by owner

SV "Second Chance is an Owner Version Lagoon 380. She has never been chartered. She has undergone a major refit during the six years we have been full time cruisers. We have found her to be both innovative and fast, easy to handle and of course very comfortable both at sea and anchor, but above all this catamaran is fun to live aboard!

She is the highly prized 3 cabin version dedicates all the starboard hull to the owner with en-suite facilities. Guests share a combined shower and toilet in the port hull. all spaces are modern, light and well ventilated.

Light is key on the Lagoon 380 with vertical saloon and large hull windows make all areas bright and inviting. The helm station provides practical and comfortable space for two - and we have the optional rigid bimini top too.

Direct access to the cockpit from the galley makes for easy living and entertaining. The decks are wide and uncluttered so are easy to walk around. The aft transom skirts are well protected. Visibility from the helm station is excellent. The engines are remote from the cabins and are well sound proofed. Propulsion is aft of the rudders giving greater performance of the propellers from the twin diesels.

To say that this boat has been upgraded or refit would be an understatement. From the custom made dinghy chaps, hardtop, arch, and enclosure to all updated electronics, this boat in excellent condition. The new owner of "Second Chance" will have many years of worry-free sailing, knowing that the normal replacement expenses on a boat this age have already been done by the previous owners.
